About the Department: Global Delivery Services (Professional Services)

Meltwater’s Professional Services team focuses on media insights & analytics. We take responsibility for curating bespoke reports and managing key projects of our biggest clients. We deliver business-essential intelligence reports based on our keen analyses of various media outlets across traditional and social media channels.

What You'll Do:

Are you an insatiable reader? Are you constantly staying on top of current events? Do you have experience working with digital content? Meltwater is seeking committed and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for business information and analytics to join our North America Enterprise team. As an Enterprise Analyst you will work closely with Account Directors and clients using Meltwater’s web-based news and social media solutions to review, analyze, and provide insights to our clients based on their organizations, industries, and competitor landscapes.

The position will support the US Enterprise team which works with Meltwater’s biggest clients across North America.

The role is both challenging and rewarding. The right candidate will be learning a wealth of knowledge about industry-leading clients, data analytics, excel, power point, and how to extract and report the right kind of insights to Meltwater's top clients.

Individuals should be detail oriented, hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated. Training will be provided to high potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Research and gain a working knowledge of each client’s on-going industry and policy news
• Become an expert user on in-house SaaS platforms
• Help senior management research and develop pitches for new clients
• Be part of the Delivery Services team, providing support and reporting for various client projects and leveraging Meltwater’s proprietary software platforms
• Analyze data streams from multiple media channels to measure impact of clients’ brand marketing, public relations and social media outreach campaigns
• Work closely with clients to ensure data quality and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Create reports by mining digital media and social media content based on each brand’s individual parameters
• Assist team with senior management research requests
