About You


As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll be a key player in ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of marketing data quality, analytics, and reporting while orchestrating seamless data integration for our sales and marketing teams. Your expertise in data architecture and synchronization between platforms will be crucial in maintaining a well-coordinated marketing technology ecosystem. Your passion for optimizing and automating processes will drive our marketing performance to new heights.


Our ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate the following qualifications and traits.


Responsibilities


Establish, refine, and maintain marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Take ownership of marketing data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.


Lead analytics and reporting efforts, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.


Oversee data integration between Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring seamless synchronization.


Manage and enhance the data architecture, maintaining a structured and organized data ecosystem.


Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements and drive alignment.


Maintain and optimize existing marketing technology tools, while strategically integrating new solutions.


Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and boost marketing productivity.


Work cross-functionally to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.


Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


Proven experience in marketing operations, data management, and analytics.


Strong understanding of data architecture and synchronization between Salesforce and Pardot.


Proficiency in utilizing marketing technology tools and platforms.


Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.


Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and drive automation.


Effective communicator and collaborator across different teams and levels.


Problem-solving attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
