Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Operation officer III for 06-month contract to work with one of our prestigious clients . This opportunity is hybrid role, with the central office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Small business loan department: contractor will receive files from credit analyst, prepare all required documents and send to responsible area to have client sign them. Depending on performance their tasks will be increased. Programming loans (funding)
MUST HAVE:
2. MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Teams (basics)
3. Flexibility for rotation shifts, ability to multitask
4. Strong Communication Skills
5. Administrative skills, eg : book keeping,
6. Data Entry
7. Meeting SLA and customer service experience
NICE TO HAVE:
1. Banking experience - strong asset to have ( teller etc)
2. Logical/pragmatic thinking
"Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function. May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality. CUSTOMER:
Execute transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Support partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels
Interact with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
