Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Operations Officer for a client in the banking industry.


Job ID: 50391

Job Title: Operations Officer II

Duration: Aug. 14/23 to Feb. 13/25

Hours: Rotation - Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm (3 shifts a week) and 9:00am - 5:00pm (2 shifts a week)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Locations: 100% Onsite - after training may be eligible for hybrid model (2 days onsite) – Mississauga ON, L4W 3W6


SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Very heavy attention to detail needed, assisting with tax processing and drafts

- Contractors will be dealing with instructions provided to the team under an estate

- Will take the instructions and follow them and disperse accounts accordingly. Must be diligent and with no errors made when distributing to beneficiaries

- Involvement of team huddles, team projects, being part of special committees with opportunities to lead within team.


MUST HAVE:

- Time management – prioritize their day and take care of tasks efficient and effectively

- Team player; working well with others

- Executive Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

- Adaptability to change – department has process and protocol changes – comfortable changing a process

- Good communication (verbal and written)

- Strong admin role 2+ years

- Previous experience with SLAs

- Quick learner, able to pick up on new processes, adapts and adjusts

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Banking experience

2. Data entry experience
