Position Summary
Reporting to the Creative & Design Manager, the Marketing Designer will work closely with our marketing and design team to create compelling visual content for our marketing campaigns and social media channels. This role is responsible for building creative and engaging imagery for social media, digital marketing/advertisement and website experiences for multiple audiences and industries. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across various channels and working closely with the marketing team to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphic elements, including logos, infographics, web banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials
- Maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and suggest new creative ideas to enhance the company's visual identity
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Create graphics for email banners, website, and social media, ensuring that designs are optimized for each platform and resonate with our target audience
- Coordinate marketing events and trade shows assets, including vendor management, logistics, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, website, social media channels, and other communication materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, and product videos
- Assist in the creation and management of marketing assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content
- Create and update existing marketing materials, including case studies, event design, and printed material design
- Collaborate with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with social media marketing and email marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of video marketing, including storyboard, vision, messaging, and editing
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate a message or story
- Portfolio of web and graphic design projects
- Knowledge of UX/UI design - understand design principles, user-centered design, and wireframing
- Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms, and familiarity with creative design tools like Figma, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in design or similar
- Understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design
