Marketing Coordinator - Kelowna Rvs

KELOWNA RVs is hiring a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to take our dealership to the next level. As a marketer, you’ll support the team by implementing campaigns to bring in more leads to the showroom. Our ideal candidate brings strategic marketing experience to the table and will develop promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media content. Responsibilities:

• Assist management to achieve goals by developing and launching digital marketing strategies for advertising, PR, and communication plans
• Create monthly marketing campaign breakdowns of our analytics on web and social to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and maintain digital marketing content across all platforms, including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep information up to date
• Support staff with office support such as answering phones or greeting customers when required
• Maintain our social media platforms, including messages to our audience and all marketing campaigns
• Develop branded, well-written product marketing materials such as social media posts, blogs, and web copy

Requirements:

• Possess excellent project management and interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication skills
• Desire to grow in the industry and/or with our auto group
• Experience setting up digital advertising campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing or a related field is required
• An understanding of the latest RV industry marketing trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, Google Workspace, email and social media platforms, analytics, and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week, including weekend availability (no Sundays in winter when closed)

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
