Position Summary


We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator based at our Montreal location reporting into the B2B Marketing Manager for Nespresso. This role will be responsible for the ongoing project and administration support of the Business-to-Business (B2B) team to drive sales of Nespresso Professional solutions sales. The incumbent will participate in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan for Nespresso Professional segments.


A day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible to:


  • Coordinate the development of creative concepts, including sales brochures and sales support tools, and liaise with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Manage requests for the Nespresso Professional visibility program with sales representatives and customers.
  • Coordinate launches and marketing activities for the accessory portfolio.
  • Manage the calendar and coordination of social media publications on behalf of Nespresso Professional.
  • Act as the lead resource on the team for the monthly budget reconciliation process.
  • Track the performance of different campaigns and ensure that calendars and dashboards are up to date.
  • Responsible for vendor purchase orders, price approval forms and SKU-related creation in Nessoft.
  • Take charge of the email communication calendar and process with external agencies.
  • Assist the Marketing Specialists in the development of new offers and in the launch of new products.

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
  • University degree in Marketing, communication, commerce or related field
  • Some experience in a similar marketing/sales coordinator role, event planning and coordination or social media
  • Experience in B2B marketing and in luxury goods is an asset.
