Job Title: Marketing and Technical Proposal Coordinator

Job Overview:
Melloul-Blamey Construction seeks a highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Technical Proposal Coordinator to support our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the Marketing and Technical Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development and submission of proposals (RFP and RFQ) and the development of the Melloul-Blamey brand, both traditionally and digitally.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage bi-weekly newsletter and employee communications
- Ensure corporate documents, project profiles and resumes remain up to date
- Create technical corporate documents regarding policies, procedures and methodologies
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, project profiles, site signage and maintain website content to keep stakeholders aware of new projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create project marketing content, ensuring messaging is consistent with company branding and marketing strategy
- Coordinate the development and draft submission of proposals, including responding to RFPs/RFQs, managing proposal schedules and deadlines
- Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and posting content on various social media platforms
- Site photography and videography( Drone experience would be an asset )
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in proposal development and/or marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Architecture/Construction Management or relevant post-secondary program
- Knowledge of the Construction/Architectural Industry is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
