ActionCOACH Canada, the Canadian division of the world’s largest business coaching franchise, is seeking a Managing Partner to open and grow an office in Winnipeg.

THIS IS A COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION. Your compensation structure will be tied to your ability to drive revenue growth.

Here is what you need to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience in senior management, preferably in a service-related business.
• A strong network of contacts and the ability to strategically build new relationships.
• Excellent sales, marketing, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to provide solutions that contribute to the growth of your clients’ organizations.
• The desire to take on the leadership role in shaping the growth of a newly launched professional services office location.

Your main responsibilities include selecting a territory, acquiring new clients through virtual and live seminars, workshops, and events, establishing strategic relationships, mentoring associates and other employees, and providing business coaching services to entrepreneurs and executives across various industries.

As the Managing Partner, you will enjoy equity ownership with full autonomy and control over the outcomes in the territory you will be launching.
