Leader with design thinking expertise needed

Lead the team responsible for ensuring that customer-inspired principles, insights and design thinking are applied within product delivery.

You’ll connect the customer-inspired strategy to teams executing product work and ensure consistency across all products.

What You’ll Do

• Prioritize and assign resources within product teams and set the requirements for design thinking practices in each product
• Report key delivery success metrics and prepare updates to inform teams on the progress of initiatives
• Integrate customer-inspired principles and insights within product delivery
• Collaborate with teams to determine customer impacts and build a holistic view of FCC’s customer strategy
• Manage a team of design thinking professionals and set priorities and objectives

What You’ll Need

• Human Centered Design or Design Thinking certification is an asset

• A bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and six to eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
