Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

If you are somone who is vivacious, self lead, creative, inspired, warm hearted, quick on your feet and passionate about trauma and person-centred experiential counselling and training in any of the following; Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Gestalt, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Clearmind , AEDP or sensorimotor psychotherapy and are looking to work for a small boutique agency who serves a demographic of up-scale professionals and their families, we are looking to add a clinical counsellor contractor to our team. You must be willing to work remotely from a private space in your home. We are open to practitioners across Canada as long as you are licensed and insured. Open to RCC, RTC, MSW etc. We are Queer & BIPOC friendly and require cultural safety competency such as First Nations Health Authority Indigenous Cultural Safety Training as a core competency.
Possibility of working with teens and couples, work that is really rewarding. Monthly supervision offered, monthly required team connection, and opportunities to receive competency trainings upon client retention. Our contractors usually offer sliding scale to one client in their case load as we believe in giving back.
The position is as a contractor. Your income Payout is 60% of your total billing hour which is 150$+ depending on session type offered. Professional clinic platform and email provided for you, all you need is an internet connection. Make your own schedule which is 100% at your discretion but you must be willing to invest your heart and time into our clients and to NOT be so stretched thin building your own practice that quality suffers for our team and clients.
