You could be the Lead Software Developer that Robert Half's client in the Energy/Natural Resources industry is seeking for a job opportunity. This position requires the chosen candidate to be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. Requirements -

• 4+ years of experience building web applications using JavaScript for both mobile and web applications, with experience using frameworks like React or Angular.
• At least 4 years of experience mentoring entry level developers, leading a team, providing feedback
• Experience writing RESTful services, and understanding CI/CD pipelines -Excellent communication skills, ability to solve complex problems
• 6+ years of experience building and supporting highly distributed applications, with significant experience with Java microservices connecting to databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL) and cloud systems

Nice to have -

• Flutter is an asset
