Job Title: Website developer (Front and Back end)

Mitrex, a solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time Web Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using platforms such as Shopify.
• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce engaging and relevant marketing materials.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns including Google and LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Manage the digital accounts related to the website including server management, website hosting, and website backups.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
• Oversee public-facing corporate websites, managing periodic overhauls as well as ongoing updates.
• Develop and maintain our website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages based on provided designs.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with email marketing, social media advertising platforms, and other related marketing initiatives.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is an asset.
• Experience with server management, website hosting management, and website backups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Wordpress and e-commerce websites.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in website programming and digital marketing.
