Position Summary   

Are you a software developer that is looking for a job that rewards individual contribution while working and collaborating with a very experienced team. As a Software Developer on our cross-functional Operations Productions team, you will develop algorithms and applications for existing and new products that underpin and enable our successful systems deliveries. Our mandate includes integrating peripherals, such as document scanners, portrait capture devices (Webcams, DSLRs), fingerprint capture devices, Smartcard readers, ePassport readers seamlessly into larger applications. Individual growth is realized through expertise gained in technology areas such as RF, image processing and photography.

What You Will Do   

• Develop automated  product and peripheral integration testing ;    
• Support Development Ops .  
• Utilize your Software development skills ( Java, Python, C#  ) ;   
• Develop your knowledge in areas such as RF, Image Processing and Photography ;  
• S oftware requirements analysis;      
• Maintain a test lab;  

Qualifications  

 Knowledge and Experience  

• Experience troubleshooting electronic devices (peripherals)    
• 2-3 years of experience  
• Knowledge and interest in cameras and photography   
• Knowledge and i nterest in image processing  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering /Computer Science   

 Hard Skills  

• Languages:  Java, Python, C#   
• Tracking : Jira   
• Other:  MS 365

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)   

 Mandatory Requirements   

• Ability to obtain and  maintain  Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.
