IT Service Desk - HelpDesk On behalf of our client in the Communications Sector, PROCOM is looking for an IT Service Desk - HelpDesk.
IT Service Desk - HelpDesk–

• To ensure continuous availability and reliability of IT workstations (including laptops, desktops, printers, related peripherals, and mobile components). Incumbent also ensures that expected results are delivered to the user community at agreed-upon performance standards. In addition to the day-to-day support operation Strong working experience with SCCM
• Senior Analyst’s key responsibilities are to act as a primary point of contact as part of the User Computer Support Services team
• Working with SCCM as well as providing end-user support for hardware and software issues
• This is an on-site role

IT Service Desk - HelpDesk– Mandatory Skills

• College diploma, in Computer Science, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience required
• Excellent communication
• 5+ years' experience in an IT Service desk environment, and 2 years in a 2nd/3rd level support hardware/software
• Expertise in Microsoft products, SCCM, Active Directory, NetIQ, Desktop Central, and patch deployment and packages for both SCCM /Desktop Central
• Excellent people skills
