It Infrastructure Delivery Lead

Our client is a fast growing insurance company in the market. They are now looking for a Delivery Lead to manage multiple complex and large-scaled projects Digital Infrastructure Transformation projects covering Network Operations, Network Security, IT Security and Risk, Security Architecture, Data Protection & Information and Data Center Operations. This is a great opportunity for technologist who wants to experience company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the scope, schedule and budget, allocate resources of technical projects to ensure projects are well-defined and successfully delivered.
• Manage project changes, assessing impact to budget, schedule and scope and exploring options to address.
• Strong ability to multitask several projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Communicates potential risks/variances upstream in timely manner.
• Effectively lead Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle promoting communication and collaboration.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Requirements:

• 8+ years managing projects in a cross-functional, matrixed organization comprised of geographically dispersed and virtual teams.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity and maintaining a consistent high level of quality.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years of experience working on Infrastructure, Network Operations, Network Security, IT Security and Risk, Security Architecture, Data Protection & Information, Data Center Operations, Digital Transformation or Application Development projects
• Experience with finance/insurance industry is highly preferred.
• PMP certification highly desirable
