WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for an inventory coordinator who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, with excellent communication and analytical skills. Inventory coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, cross functional departments, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management on inventory status.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

• Involved with loss prevention
• 60% data entry
• Prepare inventory costing files for each purchase order
• Reconcile inventory
• Follow procedure
• Ensure cost integrity in the system.
• Create a monthly aging report
• Reconcile inventory between physical counts and digital data
• Approve and enter all inventory adjustments from DC and Stores
• Enter all cost information into systems of record
• Month end reconcile inventory (accounting)

Who You Are

This is what you’ve accomplished

• 2 – 3 years experience in inventory control or other finance related role
• Fashion retail & wholesale experience an asset

• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with retail stores
• Strong analytical skills
