Certification/Secondary education in computers preferred.

Demonstrated experience with omputers/Database/Spreadsheets and Inventory Systems required.

Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.

Demonstrated knowledge of Medical- Surgical Inventory items required.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to deal with inter-/intra-departmental members.

Demonstrated organizational, and problem-solving skills.

You will work alongside the project management office to ensure appropriate project setup and that cost estimates remain up to date

You will analyze and report on projects recognized over time to project leads and management team members

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar related field or amount of experience

2+ years of experience with inventory accounting

3+ years of experience in an Accounting related function or role

Prior experience working with SAP

Other educational diplomas, designations or certificates associated with Supply Chain related programs is an asset

Lead wall to wall inventory and cycle counts for all bases that material is stored

Review the accuracy of all completed inventory counts and correct the variances as required

Track and Monitor all components raised through contractual support agreements are received and returned in the set time frames

Control all component and tooling loans and borrows

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist

2-5 years of experience in supporting inventory management & reporting.

Provide support on various ad hoc requests from management.

Provide accurate, timely and reliable information to support business requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Strong analytical skills and are results oriented.

Possess skills to use MS Office, Excel, Access, ERP (IFS/SAP/others).

Demonstrated project management skills; well organized, attentive to details.

Handle escalations and work with the management team to reconcile variances.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly.

Liaise with internal staff across all departments.

Responsible for shipping and receiving team.

Ensure reporting of shipment discrepancies to the appropriate department based upon information provided by the receiving department

Excellent interpersonal skills conveyed in a pleasant and professional manner when interacting with employees, management and customers

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an inventory or intermediate accounting role

Knowledge of oil and gas service industry an asset

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets

Experience with Microsoft NAV an asset

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Post-secondary education required in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or another closely related field.

Strong time management skills including ability to multitask and prioritize.

Ensure inventory management and reporting ties in with existing process structure and workflow.

Good understanding of Inventory Management principles.

Strong technical skills, and 2+ years’ experience working with cloud-based ERP / inventory control systems.

Manage the onboarding of new team members (identify training partner, provide training materials, etc).

Educational Qualification & Certifications Requirements

Manage Invoice & packing slip related requests and queries.

Pay close attention to details and immediately notice discrepancies regarding inventory and finances.

3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of accounting databases and record keeping.

Management of Demand Forecast for department

Management of inventory principles, item attributing and size profiles

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

Complete size level/GMROI analysis to drive size offering decisions that aligns with total sales/inventory goals

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or related field.

Prior experience using Chaindrive and/or demand planning tools within a specialty retailer preferred
