The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Intermediate Enterprise Developer to lead the design and implementation of large or complex solutions that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes. The successful candidate will work with various Factors Group staff to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate system designs. They will be responsible for testing, debugging, and implementing these solutions while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values, including Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit).

In this role you will:

• Stay up to date with ever-changing trends, technologies, and standards involving application development and lifecycle management.
• Utilize technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use.
• Work with Help Desk group and escalate and collaborate during incident and problem management processes, whenever necessary.
• Design and execute acceptance testing to improve the quality and reduce operational risk of the developed application.
• Take lead in developing short-term and long-term strategy for application integrations.
• Identify, track, and resolve application problems on a day-to-day basis and off-hours as required.
• Take a proactive role in planning of new business solution systems.
• Assume technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards.
• Work independently with vendors in troubleshooting and integrating with enterprise information systems like ERP, CRM, LIMS or WMS.

You have:

• A Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• ASP.NET, Microservices and REST
• 2+ years of C# backend development experience
• Experience with integrating systems (ERP, CRM, LIMS, WMS) preferred
• .NET Core or .NET 6
• Experience with front end development (especially using ReactJS) preferred
• Cloud experience in Azure
• MS SQL and SSIS
