Job Description

Role: HR Service Desk - Customer Service Representative

Location : Calgary AB - Onsite


Role Description

We are looking for a full-time HR Service Desk - Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite in Calgary, AB. As an HR Service Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for HR inquiries via phone and email. You will process HR requests, provide information on HR policies, programs, processes, and act as a liaison between customers and HR.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 4 +years of experience in HR, customer service, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Experience in SAP, HRMS or other HR tools/processes would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
