Hospitality & Events Assistant / Driver

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality & Events Assistant and Driver (small electric van) to join our expanding events team at University College London – the second largest university in the UK. We operate a busy hospitality and events schedule throughout various campus of the university - everything from graduation parties, conferences, dinners, BBQs and other events.
Location: UCL
Rate of pay: £27,393 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional weekends)
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply
• Keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is polished.
• Collect equipment after events from all buildings around UCL using the van
• Deliver food & drinks to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques using one of our two electric small vans around the Bloomsbury area
• To assist with any food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required.
