Hospitality Supervisor Monday - Friday (Office Venue)

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor at LBG Harbourside.

Location: LBG Harbourside, Bristol City Centre

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

About The Role

A rare oppurtunity has become available to join our team as our Hospitality Supervisor. Our business is going from strength to strength and this role will require a passionate Supervisor to support the Hospitality Manager & team, lead daily functions, support with on-site clinet & customers relations, have great attention to detail and look for new ways to continue to grow and improve standards and the customer experience.

Our daily food offer consists of a Pizza station, Rotisserie station, daily “Pop Up” hot counter, Barista Coffee Pods, Premium Grab & Go range, Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table & Office Hospitality packages.

Key Responsibilities

• To understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP
• Lead by example & support with the coaching of team mates
• Confident customer & client relationship skills
• Keen eye for attention to detail
• Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it
• Support in the day to day management of all bookings placed on Condeco (LBG hospitality ordering platform)
• Supporting in the smooth running of all hospitality functions
