Apply Digital is looking for an experienced Change Management Professional that can join our leadership team. Our aim is to enhance our existing offerings and to establish a service that helps our clients adopt and self-operate the modern technology solutions we produce for them. We are looking for someone who can:


  • Stand up and grow a team to deliver Enablement opportunities
  • Establish and support the sale of an attractive Enablement service offering
  • Empathize with the challenges faced by clients during technology transformations
  • Be a thought leader in the Enablement industry
  • Operationalize Enablement practices

Responsibilities:


  • B. Collaborate with other department heads to infuse Enablement practices into current working methods
  • C. Coach and manage product and strategy teams indirectly
  • A. Participate in pitches and client conversations
  • A. Hire, nurture, and manage the Enablement team
  • A. Participate in planning engagements as an Enablement advisor
  • A. Represent our company as a thought leader in Enablement
  • A. Create and standardize the Enablement methodology, and refine it through its use in client engagements
  • D. Participate in the creation of our marketing/pitch materials
  • Team Oversight and Growth:
  • B. Devise the Enablement offerings for our company
  • C. Facilitate the hand-off of newly won business to and support the delivery teams
  • Enablement Proposition and Practice:
  • B. Support the definition of scope and approach for newly won business
  • Enablement Strategy Consulting/Execution (65% billable target):
  • A. Establish and refine an Enablement proposition
  • A. Support the head of partnerships in liaising with Enablement partners
  • Marketing and Brand Support:
  • C. Devise Enablement solutions that create more business for our company
  • C. Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for Enablement
  • Business Development:
  • B. Coach and manage Enablement practitioners directly
  • B. Oversee and deliver Enablement initiatives for clients
  • Partnerships:
  • Process Establishment:
Responsibilities:


  • Strong business development and sales acumen, with experience in establishing and selling service offerings to clients
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Enablement practices, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to operationalize them within an organization
  • Proven track record of successfully empathizing with clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions during technology transformations
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the Enablement industry, such as published articles, speaking engagements, or participation in industry organizations
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Enablement or digital consulting
  • Experience with supporting the adoption and operationalization of newly introduced modern technologies within the enterprise environments. Experience with MACH architecture will be a huge bonus
