Job Responsibilities:

1. Undertake the group's Canadian market business goals, formulate annual goals for subsidiaries, analyze the market and formulate strategies.

2. Coordinate the formulation of the annual budget and control the implementation of the budget.

3. Identify the team's weak points according to the goals and strategies, replenish personnel in time, and supervise the training and development of personnel.

4 Identify and discover the company's operational problems and potential risks in a timely manner, lead the formulation of countermeasures, rules and regulations, etc., to ensure the company's various operating indicators are healthy and sustainable.

5. According to the group's management system for overseas subsidiaries, timely or regularly report to the headquarters management and provide corresponding data or analysis.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of comprehensive overseas sales experience in energy storage, power supply, photovoltaic and other industries, and 3 years of management experience.

2. Understand the local market and be proficient in English and Chinese, which can be used as working languages.

3. Comprehensive quality, basic knowledge of finance, human resource management, warehouse management, etc., basic legal knowledge and risk prevention awareness.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, leadership and emotional control.
