We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team to lead the lead generation efforts of our Golf Business Unit. You will plan, execute, and optimize Lightspeeds paid media campaigns and organic efforts in order to drive sales and grow the Lightspeed Golf business.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


  • Own the Marketing Acquisition targets for the Golf industry in NOAM.
  • Partner with the Golf Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
  • Support Outbound efforts, notably via media campaigns (list warming), to optimize outreach process and pipeline management
  • Select platforms, plan budgets, and forecast results for new campaigns
  • Work with the creative and branding teams to create, manage, and optimize Youtube, display, paid social and direct media buying campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with our talented Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliates specialists to drive leads for our Golf Sales team
  • Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance across all marketing channels.


What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team


We’re a team of 7 people located in Canada. Our team is responsible for generating leads for our sales team and for growing the Lightspeed Brand.


We're looking for a senior candidate who has experience with the following:


  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong pay-per-click (PPC) experience
  • Strong operations and analytical skills with an understanding of ad budgets, bidding strategies, pacing and optimization, and demand gen fundamentals across all channels
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads/Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to articulate ideas and results
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills


Even Better If You Have, But Not Necessary


  • Experience as a team lead or manager
  • Experience in a customer-facing marketing role
  • Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment
