Job Description

Canadian Benefits Consulting Group is a national boutique third party administrator and claims payer, creating customized solutions for our union clients by using the expertise of our team members. We're looking to expand our team as a result of our ongoing growth.


Responsibilities

  • Plan document and claims data analysis to create customized reports for clients and prospects

  • Renewal analysis and report preparation, including suggestions and costing of plan changes

  • Negotiate with benefit providers

  • Interact with clients and prospects, including off site meetings

  • Assist with plan administration and claim inquiries

Qualifications

·Team player

·Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·Ability to multitask

·Client focused

·Ability to travel

·Underwriting / Sales experience and French language are assets
