Essential Job Functions
- Synthesize research findings to produce clear and concise reports, highlighting key insights and trends in the field of workplace wellness.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of research data throughout the research process.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and critically analyze academic papers and trending research related to workplace wellness and employee health.
- Assist in data collection, organization, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for workplace wellness research.
Education and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Strong ability to critically evaluate academic literature and extract pertinent information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Master's level degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, psychology, organizational behavior, etc.).
Compensation
- $28-$35/hour (Term: August 15, 2023 to June 15, 2024)
