Êtes-vous à la recherche d'un rôle en Gestion de Marque qui vous permette d'obtenir des informations solides sur les clients et de façonner l'efficacité promotionnelle ? Si tel est le cas, ce rôle de Gestionnaire de Marque Produit pourrait être une opportunité passionnante pour vous à explorer.
Principales responsabilités
Le titulaire assume la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques et d’exploitation de Trelegy MPOC au niveau national. Il travaille étroitement en partenariat avec l’équipe interfonctionnelles de médicale pour assurer l’excellence de la mise en application de plans d’exploitation interfonctionnels particuliers et de l’excellence de la mise en application tactique de l’équipe de vente. Le chef de produits relève du Directeur, Marketing (Frank Fascinato).
Principales responsabilités
  • Superviser les plans de gestion du risque et appliquer des stratégies d’atténuation au besoin
  • Établir des prévisions financières et de l’approvisionnement et en assurer le suivi
  • Fournir des analyses/conclusions courantes des forces du marché qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur les plans d’affaires et d’action pour profiter des occasions et contrer les menaces à court terme
  • Diriger des projets/programmes en collaboration avec l’équipe interfonctionnelle interne, à l’aide des données de cette équipe et avec des partenaires de l’externe (Projets internes, Ventes, agences, Centres d’exploitation du Marketing [MOC] et le CCPP)
  • Rédiger des guides de mise œuvre tactique de l’équipe de vente et des documents de formation
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe interfonctionnelles (marketing MPOC, Médicale, etc) ainsi que le Directeur Marketing
  • Mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques et d’exploitation de Trelegy MPOC au niveau national en accordant une attention particulière à la promotion auprès des professionnels de la santé.
  • Partager les connaissances et les pratiques exemplaires entre les domaines thérapeutiques, les volets fonctionnels et les équipes
Qualifications de base :
  • Compétences démontrées en matière de gestion des parties prenantes et d'influence.
  • Expérience avec le marketing multicanal
  • Plus de 5 années d'expérience dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques au Canada, avec d'excellents antécédents en matière de performance.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes avec des informations limitées
  • Baccalauréat
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en organisation
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration de plans d'expérience client à fort impact conformes aux besoins du marché local.
Qualifications préférées :
  • Étant donné la nature des tâches de l'emploi, les candidats doivent être bilingues en français et en anglais (écrit/parlé) pour être considérés, car dans leur rôle, le titulaire doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec des intervenants externes/internes dans d'autres provinces/pays qui ne parlent pas anlgais).
  • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en marketing HCP pharmaceutique au Canada, avec d'excellents antécédents dans l'élaboration de plans stratégiques à fort impact.

Nous priorisons les investissements touchant les vaccins et les médicaments spécialisés, lesquels devraient représenter environ les trois quarts de notre chiffre d’affaires d’ici les cinq prochaines années.

Bilingual Product Manager COPD

Are you looking for a brand management role that allows you to drive robust customer insights and shape promotional effectiveness? If so, this Product Brand Management Rx Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
  • Provide specific mentoring to the customer experience responsible people in the LoC with regards to the promoted products in the private market and specific materials required in a tender set up
  • Ensure comprehension of Product/Therapy Area strategy to select, customize and share global content to Local Operating Companies (LOCs)
  • Monitor the implementation of global campaign by channel in respective markets and take corrective actions to maximise utilization of globally available materials
  • Harmonize the integrated campaigns in line with market needs, proposal of solutions and identification of gaps in content or technology
  • This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
  • Liaise with the LOCs to design the customer journey strategy that will be in line with the country need by leveraging the existing product playbook
  • Provide relevant insight to the Global Brand Teams so needs of the markets are understood and evaluated
  • Provide the Operations Hub with the plan by country /by product to be localized for each promotional cycle
  • As a Product Brand Management Rx Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products across the assigned region.
  • Develop the end to end portfolio marketing customer experience plan with LoC input based on available data and channel mix deliverables
  • Perform regular gap assessment for the region and work with the Product Marketing Lead to create specific local materials when content is not provided by Global Brand Teams

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience crafting high-impact customer experience plans that conform to local market needs
  • 5+ years of Canadian pharmaceutical sales experience, with an excellent track record for driving performance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Canadian pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience, with an excellent track record for building highly impactful strategic plans
