Full Time / Customer Experience Assistant (Remote)

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience with our company. You will work closely with our customer service team to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our customer experience and ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services based on customer feedback
• Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and escalations
• Continuously improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to the customer service team
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies (e.g. Zendesk, LiveChat, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
