Premier Business Consulting is a rapidly growing accounting and financial consulting firm. Our services range from bookkeeping and accounting, to tax and fractional CFO work. Our client base continues to expand and we are looking for a candidate to fill the newly created role of Financial Operations Manager. This role will wear many hats, chief among them is to serve our high revenue clients in the role of fractional CFO. This role requires leading a strong team of accounting and financial professionals, while working closely with C-Suite level executives in medium-sized businesses ranging in a number of industries. This role will report directly into the CEO of Premier Business Consulting.

-Ability to manage a team of finance and accounting professionals
-Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies and technological enhancements
-Experienced and skillful in planning, budgeting, strategizing the flow of money for multiple corporate clients
-Strategically and analytically overseeing financial statements for multiple corporate clients, including but not limited to Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheet, Aging Schedules, and Profit and Loss Statements
-Creating and implementing operational procedures and financial policies for multiple organizations
-Ability to compile, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly and annual financials to clients, including C-Suite executives and boards of directors
-Ability to manage the needs of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team
-Ability to manage the needs of a growing client-base that is increasingly complex
-Sharp eye for identifying irregularities as it pertains to accounting, governance, and operations
-Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
-Ability to generate leads within existing client-based and external to existing client base
Must-Haves
-An unmatched commitment to privacy and the highest level of ethics
-Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent, MBA or other professional designation such as CPA considered a strong asset
-Experience in team leadership, employee development, hiring and termination, and working with multiple departments of an organization
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires the candidate to have an outgoing and confident personality to quickly build a strong rapport with C-Suite level clients
-Keen interest and understanding of the macro-economic environment
-Ability and willingness to travel periodically to local client offices
