In this role, you will unleash your analytical prowess to drive the organization’s revenue, cost and profitability performance to new heights. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, providing impactful analysis and reports, and prepare forward-oriented models, forecasts, and budgets, shaping the future success of the organization. With a special focus on cost variance analysis and standard cost preparation, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing their financial environment.
This full-time hybrid role with flexible hours might be just what you need! You'll enjoy the best of both worlds, with one day of remote working per week and flexible Monday to Friday office hours around 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain daily labor productivity reports and identify areas for improvement
- Create and analyze month-end reports on labor and material utilization
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting
- Assist in developing profitability models and quarterly reports
- Develop costing for new/revised products and update year-end standard costs
- Provide timely revenue analysis and pricing insights
- Perform other assigned duties by the CFO
- Improve standard costing methodologies, including scrap costing
- Conduct inventory control activities and perform count audits
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent written, verbal and presenting communication skills
- 2-5 years of experience as a Cost Accountant or Financial Analyst
- CPA designation is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
Salary: $74,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
