Financial Analyst Jobs

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 6 month contract in Winnipeg MB (hybrid - 3 days per week)

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Investment Appraisal tools, templates, and best practices (Cost Benefit Calculator), benefits register completion.
• Manage change initiatives through the Benefits Transition and Sustainment process. Assist with developing and documenting best practices accordingly.
• Develops and supports PowerBI dashboards that communicate investment appraisals results as well as identified benefits forecast and targets.
• Assist with the quantification, capture and analysis of data to support Benefits Realization, Post Investment Reviews, etc. and the organization's Strategic ensuring targets, data received, and reporting appear reasonable and accurate.
• Create and maintain a repository of important correspondence with business units and internal deliberations regarding the establishment and revisions around benefit baselines, target, actuals, and the process of obtain them. This will help provide support for inquires post-investment reviews and lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with Finance/FP&A for exchanging information on the status of benefits and assist in "booking" the benefits realized.
• Performs business case facilitation and Post Investment Appraisals.
• Supports Benefits Discover workshops through facilitation and completion of the benefits register through the identification, quantification, Value and Appraise phase of the benefits lifecycle.
• Maintain the Benefits Realization Guidelines document.

Financial Analyst Mandatory Skills
