Job Overview : We have a new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be aligned and branded with one of our clients, supporting executive leadership in a 12-month contract, with an opportunity for permanence.


How you’ll shape the future of talent:


  • Coordinate meetings, interactions, and projects between internal/external parties and the relevant individuals within the organization
  • Keep the Executive Leadership Team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
  • Provide back-up support/overflow support to other Executive Assistants, as appropriate
  • Consistently and promptly exercise discretion in managing all incoming enquiries/requests confidentially and re-directing issues where appropriate
  • Act independently with a high level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion at all times


You’ll be someone who can bring:


  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience supporting executive leadership in an executive assistant capacity
  • Flexibility in adjusting to changing work priorities of the Executive Leadership Team
  • High School diploma or equivalent education required
  • Required hybrid office work to the Mississauga, ON 2-3 days per week
  • Experience with large/global corporations
  • Proficiency in systems and relevant computer software (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding that this role will commence as a 12 month contract, while there is opportunity for permanence or extension
