What will you do?

• Develop more partnerships between education centers and Siemens, increase the education centers’ abilities to train more students on Siemens automation and motion technology by equipping their labs with state-of-the-art Hardware and Software
• Promote Siemens mechatronics certification opportunities to schools with the intent of bringing them into the program.
• Develop effective relationships with schools that have engineering programs through existing Siemens connections or newly developed ones.
• Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement.
• Coordinate business development activities with Sitrain Canada https://www.sitrain-lms.com/Default.aspx
• Support registered schools to develop and expand their Siemens mechatronics program.
• Leverage opportunities for other Siemens prospects with associated schools.

What will you need to succeed?

• Engaging interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of post-secondary institution operations
• Background in post-secondary education and training, preferably engineering/technical.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity.

Other details:

• Contract - part time (20-30 hrs/week)
• Work from home with occasional travel as required.
