Where required, also support formalizing partnerships with external stakeholders through contract development and related due diligence activities.
  • Determine appropriate metrics of success to systematically track and measure the impact of new products.
  • Work with extended product delivery teams to drive initiatives that support our key strategic growth pillars. Create an environment that encourages new approaches, challenges the status quo and inspires creativity.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research; continuously collect data from inside and outside sources and use this information to adapt and inform product strategy and direction
  • Develop/enhance standardized processes to ensure we are optimizing our efforts across the team
  • Collaborate with Project Management Office to ensure quality end-to-end product delivery is maintained
  • Lead analysis and negotiations surrounding strategic business initiatives
  • Measure success with KPIs that include operational efficiencies, platform adoption, customer journey impact, and stability
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Anticipate and influence trends to ensure a competitive advantage in meeting customer needs.
What You Bring
  • Strong professional presence, oral, written and presentation skills, including facilitation of meetings where excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills is a must; ; strong creation and delivery of succinct presentations to executive leaders
  • You take a 360-degree view of product management which includes operational readiness like customer support, product ops, analytics and track the impact on key metrics.
  • Track record of collaboration and influence when working in cross-functional teams, ability to resolve tensions, lead, and foster collaborative relationships, engage and inspire the right outcome through partnerships and mutual respect
