The Role

AutoShack is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a Director of IT to join the team and be a critical part of our engine!Reporting to the CIO, you are responsible for driving the convergence between our IT and OT-IC Systems. The objective is to set up and manage a world class IT systems architecture with growth in mind and enhancing our operational efficiencies while mitigating cyber risks.

As a pragmatic leader, you will work with the CIO and COO to create and execute a multi-year IT-OT program leveraging various cloud technologies that will drive standardization of infrastructure to a reference systems architecture.You will lead the IT Infrastructure function, build the cybersecurity & architecture team, and our OT and development/NetSuite ERP support teams.

The successful candidate will have a diverse background and experience in systems deployment, NetSuite ERP deployment, and warehouse automation with an understanding of both IT and OT-Industrial Control System (ICS) technologies.You have experience implementing/integrating standard-off-the-shelf technology that drives value for the organization.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Budget, financial and contract management.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Report progress and status updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manage a team of technical staff to ensure that they are effectively delivering on their responsibilities and that the company is meeting its growth objectives.
• Ensure that the projects deliver measurable improvements in business efficiency, cyber risk mitigation, and infrastructure services across the network.
• Support the CIO in the development and implementation of a Disaster Recovery /Business Continuity Program
• Ensure that our IT infrastructure complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards while having cyber-security as the foremost concern.
• Create, lead, and manage the IT / OT cybersecurity convergence program to ensure the program objectives are met.
• Align and report to senior stakeholders on progress and impact of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure that projects align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

What You Bring to the Role

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT/OT-ICS projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in implementation and support of NetSuite ERP.
• Experience balancing strategic imperatives with pragmatic realities, shaping and executing a program that balances priority, risk, and investment.
• Blend of experience managing IT infrastructure, OT, and cyber security. Sufficient understanding of technologies (typical assets, communication protocols, technical architectures) utilized by OT-ICS systems (SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU) and networks, and knowledge of security concepts typical to the ICS/OT environments especially network architecture, segmentation, defense in depth.
• Significant experience in the online omni-channel retail environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management, ITIL, certifications are preferred.
