Position: Digital Marketing Manager - Full Time

Overview:

Stelvio Brands, a Toronto company, is seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager. We’re an early-stage consumer goods company with innovative brands within their categories (Element Fire Extinguishers and Carbonio Design & Engineering). This is a primarily in-office position with some potential to transition to a hybrid role. The right candidate for this position will have a strong inclination toward advanced digital marketing strategies and experience as a stand-alone marketing partner for an organization. They will also have experience working within a small organization.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan and execute all digital and traditional marketing strategies and campaigns for client brands
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Manage٫ create, edit, and publish original٫ high quality content for social media that builds meaningful connections
• Keep up-to-date with our brand audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Manage our Shopify websites and eCommerce platforms
• Copywriting and review for website content, blogs, marketing materials and all other relevant platforms
• Plan, execute, and measure growth experiments and conversion tests across various channels
• Develop social media strategies, execute campaigns and evaluate their performance
• Identify and engage with potential marketing relationship opportunities
• Sourcing and management of external marketing partners and agencies as required
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with in-house graphic designer to create multi-channel engaging content
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on our websites
• Establish a monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan with budget allocation and forecasting KPIs

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in social media marketing
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns via social media that engage, inform and motivate
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Experience as a Growth Marketer is an asset
• Excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
• Highly organized with great attention to detail an asset
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or eCommerce product role
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• An understanding of web analytics from a growth perspective
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have extras:

• Experience working on Shopify websites
• Some knowledge or passion for the automobile industry
• Certifications from the Google Analytics Academy
• Graphic design experience

Additional Information:
