About Our Client
Our client is a reputable General Contractor that operates in the GTA. A company that ensures employee satisfaction and offer competitive salaries + benefits with the intent to provide opportunity for growth within the company.

• Work with the estimating department on project
• Forecast and work collaboratively with construction leadership to implement necessary changes to improve project performance
• Schedule
• Maintain relationship with client and communication on project progression, making necessary changes to comply with client needs under contractual obligations
• Responsible for project safety
• Complete warranty work and Close Out/Deficiency with Project Coordinator
• Daily communication with site personal
• Complete all project start up documentation and follow project start up procedures
• Quality Control
• Perform budget and estimate for project including design build, construction management, cost plus and other projects not considered typical tendered projects

The Successful Applicant

• Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for several projects at one time
• Possess a driver's license in good standing
• Show competence, resistance and professionalism with conflict resolution
• 5+ years experience as a Development Project Manager in the residential industry (High-rise, mid-rise)
• Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products
• Knowledge of construction terms, processes and methods
• Have a complete understanding and ability to read and implement project drawings and specifications
