Supervisory or Lead Hand experience required

Supervisory, team building and motivating skills required

Experience dismantling and assembling retail store fixtures and shelving required

Merchandising, Planogram or Retail Reset experience

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with prolong standing

·12+ months of experience in project management, renewable development, energy markets consulting, energy trading

The Development Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

·Prepare management presentations on project opportunities, development status and project economics

·Manage internal approvals and conduct Management Briefings weekly

·Manage interconnection studies and discussions with Provincial authorities and utilities

·Create and manage project budgets and implement and manage payment schedules

Exceptional project and people management skills.

Good knowledge of and experience in thermal energy field (buildings efficiency/performance and district energy an asset); technical concepts, project costing development

Knowledge of environmental and economic regulatory requirements an asset

Manages multi-functional teams during the feasibility assessments and due diligence; decarbonization studies;

Manages stakeholder and strategic partner relationships

6+ years related experience in the thermal energy field

Strong Project Management skills and methods with ample experience

IT skills as per Responsibilities and Experience sections

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

PC Skills – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project

Conduct regular meetings with local staff to transfer knowledge and improve the ability of local teams to assist with future projects

Manage and report on related budgets

Leading the development and management of comprehensive project plans

You have 5+ years’ project management or operational leadership in retail

Enhancing the store handover and setup experience by implementing innovative tools and strategies

You have a Bachelors degree or post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field

You have excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Post Secondary Education, bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Marketing

3+ years of People Management

Under direction of the store Manager and with guidance from Vice President, execute

Collaborating with Store Manager and Toronto Based Team to meet targets.

Work with Toronto based Headquarters and Store Manager to recruit and mentor all sales

Bilingual capabilities in English and French

Knowledge of adidas brand store concepts, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years of experience project management.

Expert knowledge Smartsheet and MS office skills, with specific emphasis on PowerPoint and MS Excel

A bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or a combination of education with equivalent work experience.

Strong influencing and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of business.

Facilitates project status and review sessions, communicating revisions as required.

You have effective relationship and stakeholder management skills with an action-oriented bias towards bringing transactions and business negotiations to successful close.

The Strategic Account Management and BD function at Svante

Any required interaction with Svante’s Product Management and R&D groups

You have a strong understanding of capital budgeting processes, project economics, project finance and commercial negotiations.

You have high technical fluency with excellent communication skills, verbally and written.

You will manage and be responsible for several opportunities at different stages of maturity globally across Svante’s core market segments.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in project management or related industry (or work experience equivalent)

Strong project management with positive leadership and excellent communication.

Retail print and/or fixture project coordinator, project manager, or program manager experience is an asset

Manage the day-to-day assigned projects through the implementation, maintenance and support of account specific production processes and workflows.

Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to collaborate with multiple client stakeholders and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

PMP Certification or working towards PMP

Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for several projects at one time

Perform budget and estimate for project including design build, construction management, cost plus and other projects not considered typical tendered projects

5+ years experience as a Development Project Manager in the residential industry (High-rise, mid-rise)

Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products

Knowledge of construction terms, processes and methods

Experience and demonstrated skills in evidence-based practice and policy development, implementation and evaluation is preferred.

Knowledge of the continuum of care in donation and transplantation.
