About Our Client
Our client is an established low-rise residential self-performing developer builder who is looking to add an experienced residential real estate Design/Decor Studio Manager to their team.

Decor Related Duties:

• Ensure that all timelines for structural and interior selections based on site timeline are met
• Manage the Decor/Design Studio as well as Department, Coordinators and Administrators
• Create inspirational boards to facilitate and encourage homeowner's selections
• Ensure all procedures to finalize selections with the homeowner during their decor appointment are followed and completed
• Communicate as necessary between the Construction, Contracts, Sales and Customer Care Team to facilitate the execution of selections through the colour chart
• Conduct decor appointments with homeowners via zoom call or in-person within the showroom
• Maintain Decor Showroom with the most up-to-date products in accordance with the site currently being worked on
• Meet with trades to discuss any particulars regarding selling their upgrades - especially if a new trade has been contracted for a site
• Meet with the homeowners for reselections as needed
• Educate themselves with product knowledge
• Assemble pre-set colour packages for larger sites
• Maintain the Decor Showroom's inventory list

Administrative Duties

• Use of Excel, Word, Adobe DC and Newstar**
• Creating all necessary files/notices/letters to organize for a new and upcoming site
• Creating and sending out Notices to homeowners
• Labeling showroom product as per inventory lists
• Answering phones (if receptionist is on an errand)
• Updating inventory lists of showroom product
• Keeping track of all decor related emails
• Updating homeowners contact lists

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the residential new-home construction industry, primarily in low-rise.
• Excellent management skills and customer service skills
• Capability of managing large tasks and multiple tasks at one time (requires flexibility to work weekends as required)
• Highly articulate and well-presented leader
• Strong computer literacy including use of email software, Microsoft Office products
• Experience with *Newstar software system*
