Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and/or interior window cleaning methods for typical maintenance or post-construction
• Comply with all relevant safety procedures and company policies and standards
• Communicate regularly with Supervisor to provide updates and receive instructions
• Participate in assigned training as required
• Other tasks that may include caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning
• All other duties as assigned
• Maintain assigned equipment, handling with care and responsibility

Skills & Requirements

• Elevated Lift certification considered an asset
• Positive attitude and motivated to learn
• Willing to do night shifts (1-2 days per month)
• Availability to work in the evenings and weekends.
• Water-fed/Tucker pole experience considered a strong asset
• Valid Drivers license is a must
• Willing to work 32-44 hours per week.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding environment where you are required to lift 30-50lbs
• Confidence to practice safe work procedures and comfortable working at heights
• Working at Heights certification considered an asset
• Reliable and trustworthy with strong communication skills

About The Opportunity

Reporting to an Operations Supervisor, the Window Cleaner is responsible for acting as an ambassador for Aurum. This is accomplished through providing professional cleaning services, adhering to all company and legislated Health & Safety requirements.

Ground/Low Rise Window Cleaners use various levels of approach depending on the scope of work. These include ground work, interiors, ladders, water-fed/tucker poles, and scissor/boom lifts.
