Your role at Clorox:
The Supply Chain Analyst, a customer facing position for Walmart and LCL/Loblaw's, is responsible for developing, maintaining and demonstrating relationship building and Supply Chain expertise. He/She will identify internal and external process improvements that can be implemented to resolve issues, improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve flow of goods to shelf.
In this role, you will:

• Develop & maintain replenishment scorecards to ensure business continuity, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor internal and external forecast deviations while driving for forecast adjustments with external replenishment analysts and managers in a timely manner to account for business changes.
• Utilize all available analytical tools (Internal & External) to drive business growth & efficiencies within the customer's business team.
• Effectively communicate updates and action plans on current in-stock/inventory opportunities to ensure we are meeting or exceeding agreed upon internal and external targets.
• Lead the analytical processes required to provide insightful recommendations to sales & supply chain leadership, as well as the customer
• Develop and implement Supply Chain Solutions utilizing the customer's collaborative planning processes while utilizing internal and external systems to implement changes in policies and processes.
• Interact regularly with the customer's external Replenishment Teams to drive initiatives and process improvements. Drive quarterly collaborative sessions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives on all aspects of forecasting to achieve excellent Supplier Performance Scorecard metrics (case fill, on time delivery, in-stock)
• Developing, maintaining, & demonstrating relationship building and Supply Chain expertise in customer facing roles with a high emphasis on CPFR (collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment). Ability to identify internal and external process improvements that can be implemented to resolve issues, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve flow of good to shelf.

• Strong planning, organizing & adaptation skills.
• Strong reflective listening skills to ensure understanding of requests.
• A self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer facing supply chain experience - required
• Able to cooperate with and work effectively on cross-functional team; team player with the willingness and ability to adapt to changing workloads.
• Customer interfacing experience
• Walmart and /or LCL, Loblaw's experience is a great advantage
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Excel - Pivots, IF Statements, Vlookup skills required
