Job Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Claims Manager and working cross functionally with Claims Analyst, Customer Supply Chain Specialists, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Logistics teams. The Analyst is accountable for monitoring and analyzing customer supply chain noncompliance claims and deductions; identify opportunities for process improvements to drive reduction of fines, collecting supporting documents to dispute invalid claims.

Once investigation is complete and deemed invalid, Supply Chain Claims Analyst is responsible for submitting claims dispute in customer portals/email in compliance with customer policies.


Key Accountabilities:

• Monitoring, tracking and analyzing of supply chain non-compliance claims and deductions (OTIF, Fill rate fines, lates, shortages, damages etc)

• Accountable for summarizing and filing invalid claims in customer portals/email.

• Requesting back up from customer portal

• Accountable for tracking and reporting on the status of outstanding/aging claims.

• Daily monitoring of claim status through customer portals/email.

• Prepare weekly reports for meetings with the management meetings showing status of claims.

• Adhere to set/aligned KPI’s.

• Provide support with investigation and credit issuance.

• Ensure Sofina team members are aware of relevant changes to customer requirements in portal/policies.

• Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Business Discipline and/or relevant experience 1-2 Years.

• Understanding CPG Environment

• Strong Skills in MS Office applications (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical and negotiations skills
