Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational management of customers’ EcoVadis programs in support of the Account Management Team, specifically on the growing suite of Private Equity & Sustainable Finance solutions. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):


Operational Account Support


  • Managing operational elements of customers with high reactivity and a high quality of service which may include: Platform demonstrations, program reports, Back Office support, preparation and/or delivery of data analysis, preparation and/or delivery of presentations both independently and/or in a supporting role
  • Analyzing and preparing data relevant to solutions for Private Equity & Sustainable Finance customers
  • Preparing high-quality reports and presentations as part of customer support duties
  • Manage a combination of customer facing and non-customer facing operational responsibilities for your joint portfolio of customers
  • Support and build advocacy among customer organization, including program team, champions, and end users by delivering exceptional customer support
  • Collaborate with and support Account Managers to ensure the effective implementation and rollout of EcoVadis solutions to a portfolio of Private Equity & Sustainable Finance customers
  • Internal coordination with multiple teams (Customer Engagement, Evaluation Services, etc) to ensure smooth running and delivery of service


Project Management/Support


  • Leading and supporting internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of internal processes for the deployment of EcoVadis Sustainable Finance solutions


Knowledge Management


  • Co-creation of templates, processes, content on services to ease adoption by other customer success & account management teams
  • Together with the Private Equity & Sustainable Finance Account Managers, act as a central knowledge hub for the delivery of all EcoVadis solutions & services
  • Contribute to the development of internal training content and delivery for Private Equity & Sustainable Finance solutions


Qualifications


  • Around 2 years of account management support experience and/or project management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to summarize data into insights in multiple formats (For example, PPT presentations)
  • Excellent excel and data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: written and verbal
  • Previous professional international exposure is a must
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Interest to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player
  • Attention to detail is key for delivering a high quality service to financial sector clients
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Involvement in new, bespoke projects will require agility and a consultative mindset
  • Full proficiency in English required
  • Critical thinking, adept problem solver
  • Passionate about sustainability
  • High level of organizational skills and able to operate autonomously; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
