Job Description

At 321 Growth Academy, we’re on a mission to help more entrepreneurs grow and scale their companies and provide valuable upskilling courses to individuals who are ready to level up their careers. We do that by offering interactive, cohort-based training in the areas that drive growth – namely, sales and marketing. In the last few years, we’ve worked with over 450 companies, and now we are ramping up our own growth! So, we are looking for a Customer Success Associate that wants to join us in this mission.


What you’ll do:


  • Manage a smooth and forward-thinking course delivery for our course participants, as well as all ongoing communications with them to ensure they succeed – in Hubspot (our CRM)
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, which includes setting up and tracking participant registration and payments, and enrolling participants and helping them with any questions
  • Tracking success metrics and outcomes for both participants, and for 321 – so we keep learning and improving
  • Help us administer great courses that blend online and “live” learning. You’ll help us build our online content, and manage our courses in our online learning platform
  • Keep us organized and on track with our course delivery using workback schedules, briefing instructors, and keeping more than a few balls in the air


Who we’re looking for:


  • Candidates are ideally Calgary-based, but we’re open to remote, depending on fit!
  • We’re open to people at different levels – it’s all about the right person. If your background and experience isn’t an exact fit but think you would rock at adding value to this role and 321 overall, we want to hear from you! Salary will be commensurate on experience.
  • Candidates with ideally 1-3 years of either marketing, communications, or customer success (customer support, customer service also relevant) experience – if your experience is in B2B, in software/technology, or in an early-stage or high-growth company, that’s a huge bonus!
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable learning new tech and using it on the daily. Proficiency with any of Zoom, Slack, Thinkific, HubSpot, Google Drive, or AI tools is a plus!
  • While an undergrad or college degree in business (or related field) is preferred, we’re very open to seeing candidates without degrees if the other boxes are checked

  • You’re a systems thinker, focused on getting the details right, while always keeping the big picture (including other perspectives) in mind
