Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who support customers with daily requests and concerns pertaining to large B2B orders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide updates on delivery and project completion
  • Manage the on-boarding of new accounts
  • Handle any customer order changes or inquiries
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
  • Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals
  • Coach and mentor customer service team of 4
  • Work on new production set-up and launches
  • Manage large customer/business accounts and support with daily questions and opertations


Qualifications

  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4-5 + years' of customer service at a management level required
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability the multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
