The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who support customers with daily requests and concerns pertaining to large B2B orders.
Responsibilities
- Provide updates on delivery and project completion
- Manage the on-boarding of new accounts
- Handle any customer order changes or inquiries
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals
- Coach and mentor customer service team of 4
- Work on new production set-up and launches
- Manage large customer/business accounts and support with daily questions and opertations
Qualifications
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4-5 + years' of customer service at a management level required
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability the multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
