Contracts Analyst Jobs

Airswift is working with one of our major clients to find a Senior Contracts Analyst to join their team on a 1-year contract in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Responsibilities

• Manage Contract lifecycle
• Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
• Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
• Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
• Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
• Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
• Negotiate contract agreements for technical service.
• Identification of cost savings and avoidance opportunities
• Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.

Requirements

• Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to articulate the procure to pay process
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
• Ideally 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Established knowledge of terms and conditions with the ability to negotiate and draft contractual language.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
