Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Primavera P6, BIM, etc., would be considered an asset

A minimum of 2 years working in a managerial capacity managing teams of 1-3 people

Experience managing or drafting prime contracts (i.e, developing or administering payment mechanisms)

Experienced in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

A bachelor's degree with course content in engineering, construction management, contract or construction law, business, or similar educational background

Work collaboratively to perform independent/third-party reviews, risk management reviews, project readiness assessments, and support project turnaround/recovery efforts

Support internal project management duties such as schedule development, budget management, status reporting and invoicing

Familiar with the project management lifecycle for major infrastructure projects (i.e., strategy development, project planning, procurement, delivery, and operations)

Experience with joint project delivery teams including public-private partnerships, joint-ventures and/or, consortiums for the owner or the contractor an asset

Strong presentation, communication and writing skills

Must have SAP experience & IT contract term knowledge

Sr SCM Analyst (IT/Corp procurement and contracts) (Buyer/Contracts Analyst combo position)

Carry out financial analysis relating to cash flow, working capital management and impact on financing costs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operational teams, commercial teams, corporate finance and other functional areas.

• 5 years experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting, preferably in the mining or manufacturing sector.

Degree in Law, Finance, Contracts Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.

Identifies and proposes improvements to existing contract management procedures.

Assists the Contracts Manager / Contracts Team Lead, Legal Support Centre as required.

Contract negotiation experience, supply or client contracts.

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of commercial contracts.

In-house or law firm experience preferred, but not required.

Strong knowledge of contract language, change management, and legal requirements of contracts.

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, , civil engineering or construction management, or equivalent relevant experience.

Claims management/dispute resolution experience on major projects.

Experience developing and implementing strategies for risk and opportunity management.

Reviews, evaluates, and approves as appropriate the management of PA payment applications, change management, and Performance Incentive Management processes.

Supports in the management of contractual and ex-contractual claims.

Administer and maintain contract management database

Contract review, analysis and drafting under supervision of the Director of Contract and Bid Management and/or legal counsel.

Ability to present information effectively to clients, colleague and management

Efficiently manage a large volume and variety of transactions, while identifying issues for attorney support where appropriate

Work with sales, services, finance and support to move contracts through the presentation, negotiation and execution process.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Minimum of 7 years of related business experience

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written to present complex concepts or data in an organized, concise manner.
