2+ years hands on experience working with contracts in a law firm or company legal department

Experience managing and/or drafting and negotiating simple contracts;

Previous experience in a business management and similar capacity in either fleet maintenance, transportation, or manufacturing

Previous experience with budgeting and budget management

Manage all external repairs for our client including PO issue and cost management.

Completion of a culinary arts program or an equivalent combination of education and experience combined.

Help to ensure that food deliveries have been delivered and stored according to the standards set by the Food Services Manager.

Maintain up to date Food Safe Certification.

Ideally 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
