Job Title: Contract Administrator

Location: FIFO of Calgary or Edmonton

Length: 1 year contact to start

Rotation: 4/3 Mon-Thur, 10-hour days

Description:

• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Communicate with Project Team and SM personnel during Contract formation stage of Construction Contracts to familiarize with scope / contractors and issues
• Maintain and update internal SM tracking logs for Agreements under administration (i.e. Milestones, Change Order, Invoices, etc.)
• Negotiate commercial items, support change order management and invoicing accuracy in line with agreement requirements
• Provide post-award administration for Agreements.
• Experience with ERP computer systems such Maximo or JD Edwards) and/or contract management computer systems such as Ivalua.
• Maintain, control and coordinate weekly communication with site contractors.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular, Word and Excel)
• Minimum of 10 years of project related experience with focus on construction or fabrication agreements
